My creme brulee experience

This past weekend, I tried making cannolis...I honestly don't know what possessed me to try it, but it was a disaster. I must have still been flying high on my creme brulee success!

Actually, they were broiled because I didn't have a torch, but after they were topped with vanilla sugar I popped them in the oven and this was the result! They were absolutely delicious, and I can't wait to make them again!!
